Any provision of access to any users, including on the Internet, distribution, on a paid or free basis, as decided by the Licensee, public display (which shall include the right to make the Video Content available online on a paid or free basis or provide access to it otherwise), marketing of the Video Content through any channel without limitation, creation of compilations, websites, mobile applications based on the Video Content or containing any of the Video Content. For the avoidance of doubt, Licensee is entitled to demonstrate, show or organize demonstration of any advertisements chosen by the Licensee or its advertising partners in connection with the Video Content, other than:
LargeBudget Movies.
The License granted herein includes the right to adapt the Video Content to an appropriate file format for access through the World Wide Web and other digital channels i.e. Applications, emails etc
The Scope of Use includes the use for health and fitness related digital products and services, as well as other products and services, where Video Content is used in relation to health and fitness.
